Any and everything metaphysical has always been an interest of mine. For more than 30 years I have been involved in one way or another with my desires to learn more about cultures and beliefs of our ancestors. Opening Secret Roots to further my connection was a must for me.

Katherine is a lifelong student of metaphysics and holistic living. Her continual interest in alternative approaches to well-being has guided her to numerous courses in natural health and philosophical studies.
​In 1992, Katherine began an in-depth study of Tarot, Numerology and Counseling skills at The Inner Light Institute in Salt Lake City, Utah, which led to a career as an intuitive counselor.
​In 2003 she received her Master of Science degree in Metaphysics from The American Institute of Holistic Theology. Katherine offers intuitive counseling sessions, including the Tarot, I-Ching and Angel card readings. She also incorporates principles of the Law of Attraction and Numerology in her sessions.
​In early 2016 Katherine acquired her Professional Coaching Certification. She now offers coaching sessions as a powerful tool for anyone looking for guided direction, motivation, and true purpose.
​Katherine's mission is to assist each client in finding balance, inner peace and personal empowerment by providing compassionate support and intuitive insight into their current life situation. It is her goal to aid clients in finding their way to a more joyful, meaningful life.
​Katherine has been counseling and teaching for 24 years. She is an Ohio native and has had the opportunity to travel the U.S. extensively. She is mother to two grown sons and currently resides in Bon Air, VA with her husband Jim.
